Everything your appointment needs, in order.

Most of it already exists: on your wrist, in Apple Health, in a note typed at 3 a.m. Celsia gathers it into one record with dates, doses and nights, so you can show it instead of trying to remember it.

It reads what your watch already records, so there is less to type. Everything you add is kept on your iPhone.

3:12 AM Friday night

One tap and it’s kept.

Log a hot flash, night sweats or any of more than 20 symptoms with one tap, and hold a symptom to set how strong it was and when. At night Celsia opens dark, with Night sweats and Awake at the top.

Log from the Lock Screen, Control Center, Siri or your Apple Watch without opening the app. The symptoms you log also go to Apple Health wherever it has a matching type.

If you still have periods, log bleeding and spotting and see the days since your last bleed, with no predictions.

One tap from your wrist.

Log from the Apple Watch app when your phone is across the room. What you log there comes back to your iPhone.

Hot flashes and night sweats, one tap each, with today’s count.
Celsia on Apple Watch after a tap: Hot flash, 3 today, with a check mark, an Undo button, and Hot flash at 5:04 PM on this Watch
Logged, with an Undo if your sleeve did the tapping.
Celsia on Apple Watch: Progesterone due at 9:00 PM with a Taken button, and all therapy in the last 7 days, 8 of 8 doses logged
Your next dose, with Taken, and the week’s doses at a glance.
Celsia's Today screen for Saturday, September 26, cycle day 24: You slept 6 hours 10 minutes and woke twice, a short night about 50 minutes under your typical 7 hours, with sleep, heart rate variability, wrist temperature and resting heart rate against your usual range

7:10 AM Saturday

Your night, already written down.

With your permission, Celsia reads sleep, heart rate variability, resting and overnight heart rate, and wrist temperature from Apple Health, and compares each night with your own usual range, never with anyone else’s.

Each morning, Today sums up last night in a sentence and marks anything outside your usual. Nothing to type that your watch already knows.

On iOS 27, Celsia reads the stage you set in Apple Health, and symptoms you log there count too.

9:00 PM Progesterone

Every form of therapy.

Estrogen patches, gels, sprays and tablets, progesterone, vaginal estrogen, rings, IUDs, testosterone, non-hormonal treatments, and your own entries.

Reminders understand twice-weekly patches and cyclical progesterone, suggest the next patch site, and arrive as time-sensitive notifications with Taken, Snooze and Skip. Your next dose can also wait on the Lock Screen. Every dose change is marked on your timeline.

Not on any treatment yet? Celsia keeps your symptoms and nights all the same, and the report starts the conversation.

Celsia's Timeline for late July 2026: on Tuesday the 28th the estradiol patch went from 0.05 to 0.075 mg a day, with each night's sleep, hot flashes, wake-ups, a patch change and progesterone doses logged by time

Before and after

What changed when the dose did.

Change a dose and Celsia sets the four weeks before it beside the four weeks after: hot flashes, night sweats, sleep and wake-ups. The numbers come from your own record.

Each comparison has a “Why am I seeing this?” note. Celsia describes what changed. It doesn’t say why, and it never suggests a dose.

Your latest dose change is always there. Every earlier one is part of Celsia Pro (in-app purchase).

Trends

Four weeks, against your usual.

Trends show the last four weeks of your nights and symptoms against your usual range, and what changed after your latest dose change.

With Celsia Pro (in-app purchase): twelve weeks to a year, every earlier dose change, and pattern cards that show when symptoms line up with your nights, your cycle or your therapy, each with its numbers and a “Why am I seeing this?” note.

Questions

  1. Is the patch dose working for my sleep?
  2. The night sweats haven’t changed. What else can we look at?

The report

One page your provider can read in thirty seconds.

One tap makes a PDF on your iPhone:

  • your current therapy and how often you took it
  • symptoms per week
  • your nights against your usual
  • what changed after your latest dose change
  • bleeding
  • the questions you want to ask

Share it, print it or save it. Add the date of your next appointment and Celsia can remind you the evening before.

With Celsia Pro (in-app purchase), it adds pages with every symptom, dose and note.

Apple Health data never leaves this iPhone. Nothing is sent to us.

No account

No sign-in and no email address. Apex Made runs no server for Celsia, so nothing you do in the app reaches us.

What Celsia won’t do

  • Diagnose. Celsia keeps a record and describes patterns in it.
  • Recommend treatments or doses. Decisions about your care belong to you and your provider.
  • Compare you with anyone else. Your nights are measured against your own usual range.
  • Ask you to make an account, or sell your data.

Questions

What people ask first.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Celsia works with what you log yourself. Sleep, heart rate and wrist temperature appear when an Apple Watch or another wearable writes them to Apple Health.

I’m not on HRT. Is it for me?

Yes. Log symptoms, bleeding and nights with no therapy at all, and bring the report to the appointment where you want to talk about it. Non-hormonal treatments have a place too.

Does it tell me what dose to take?

No. Celsia keeps a record and describes patterns in it. It does not diagnose, and it does not recommend treatments or doses.

Who can see my data?

You, and anyone you share a report with. There’s no account, Apple Health data never leaves this iPhone, and nothing is sent to us.

I don’t have periods anymore.

Celsia doesn’t need a cycle to work. If you still have periods, you can log bleeding and spotting, with no predictions.

Can I use it now?

Celsia is in public beta through Apple’s TestFlight app, on iPhone and Apple Watch. It’s coming to the App Store.
